Great to once again get no help by a toyota dealer whilst travelling far from home. Something that would take them 10mins but apparently to busy. Thanks for all your help. Let's hope Darwin Toyota have better customer relations to help out a fellow toyota owner.
Fantastic service, dropped us into town and picked us up. Excellent work on the car picking up a problem my mechanically minded hubby hadnt seen.
Called them 7 times this morning and no one answers the phone! Phone just rings out. Call log attached. On the eighth attempt someone picked up and I said I have made 8 calls this morning to you guys and finally someone picks up. Theres absolute silence.. so I say hello anyone there? And he says yes. Clearly the easiest job in the world is a Toyota salesman in the Northern Territory!
Thanks to Craig today for excellent service in helping out a stranded client as much as possible. Client had lost all keys for the vehicle in a remote location and with Craigs' help and knowledge we managed to get them going again swiftly.
