Taking forever to fix my car. Been give delay after delay and when I was told I was able to pick it up it still wasn't ready.
The mechanic is very bad, didn't found my problem and charged my expensive money. My car got engine and car computer's connection problem which made my car computer always remind "ESC problem". I come to the shop, the mechanic just clear this problem from my car computer and told me my car was no problem. However, the real problem is still there. Later I traveled to Darwin and repaired this problem professionally. I come back here again and asking for refund, but they are arrogant, refused to give my refund, very bad attitude. YOU ARE DOING VERY IMPORTANT JOB, JUST LIKE DOCTOER. We can die on the highway because my car got problem. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP.
