I lost my telstra dongle , and as usual telstra were very unhelpful , so I turned to these guys , they set me up with a new sim card and transferred my data from the lost dongle to the new sim and got me up and running , they bent over backwards to help me , I got nothing but high praise for these guys 5 star rating isnt enough , thanks again oh and the lost dongle turned up wifey put it in a draw in the caravan and found it when we got home , that guy at Telstra copped a spray for nothing but it will keep him on his toes
After a month of running skirmishes with Telstra I FINALLY have a proper phone plan ! Many thanks to Daniel at NT Technology in Katherine for fighting through the layers of idiocy, all with a smile, until we finally achieved success.
