This place is in need of a significant upgrade or at least replacement of the soft furniture. The air conditioning doesnt cool the rooms until well after dark and it starts to get colder outside. This isnt helped that management doesnt put the air conditioning on for rooms prior to guest arrival, so you get a free sauna when you arrive but not the nice kind. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge so they are clearly trying to save money in every area.The cleanliness is less than desirable for what you pay. Stains on the carpet and furniture make you consider whether you really want to sit down. The air conditioner is filthy with significant amount of dust in the filter and on top of the system. Overall a poor experience which was exasperated by a power outage which is one thing out of control of management.
Good service with comfortable rooms. Our room just needed some plumbing maintenance done to it before I can give it a higher score. Food was good.
Old rooms, not terrible, not great. Good for an overnight stay as far as Katherine goes. Good food.
Buffet food tasty. Could do with a revamp. Has been the same for as long as I can remember. Should utilize outside area more, by installing fans and character.
Great motel. Excellent pool for the kids and friendly service. A little dated but absolutely perfect for a stop over in Katherine
